OPTICAL MEASUREMENTS LABORATORY

 Optical measurement laboratory is located at Nanolab building. We perform laser diode characterization with our measurement setup  in which we   have  HP Optical Spectrum Analyzer, oscilloscope, Newport optical power meters, detectors, laser diode driver and an Integrating Sphere to collect all   the  light output of the sample. In NANOTAM Nanolab building, we have a Jobin Yvon Triax 550 CCD photoluminescence system with two different  lasers  for excitation of samples: 1- 325 nm HeCd, 2- 246 nm NeCu70 DUV laser. Also for low temperature measurements (4 K) it has a cryostat  system. The  photoluminescence system has a fully automatic motorized stage for sample mapping.
