ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENTS LABORATORY

  Electrical measurements laboratory is located at Physics Department Advanced Research Laboratory building. In electrical measurements   laboratory   we have quantum efficiency setup, probe station,  transmisson measurement tools,  laser sources, high precision I-V measurement equipment   etc.       

  To measure the electrical properties of  the epitaxial wafers, in Nanotechnology Research Center Nanolab building, we have a characterization room   where we make Hall effect measurements using EGK   Hall Effect Measurement System, we prepare our samples on a bench where we have a precise   multimeter to test contacts, a power supply  and tools to   make ohmic contacts to the samples. With the Hall Effect Measurement  System we define the   carrier concentration, mobility, sheet resistance and   conductivity parameters of the samples grown in our MOCVD system.
